Privacy policy

This policy covers the website tigercodes.com, run by TigerCodes, LLC (“we”). Each product — TigerTradeBot, TigerPassword, TigerLicense, TigerClean, MailTiger and RemoteTiger — has its own privacy policy on its own site.

The short version

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
• If you send us a message through the contact form, our database keeps it until it reaches our inbox and for 30 days after that. The email in our inbox stays as long as we need it to answer you.
• We never sell or share your information.

The contact form

When you send the form, we store your name, email address, chosen topic and message in our database, then deliver them to our inbox by email. We delete the database copy 30 days after delivery. If delivery keeps failing, we stop trying after 24 hours and delete the copy 30 days later.

The delivered email stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Ask us and we’ll delete it sooner.

Our email delivery provider, Resend, processes the message on our behalf to deliver it and keeps its own delivery logs under its privacy policy.

We use your email address only to reply to you. We don’t add it to a mailing list.

Abuse protection

To stop spam, the form asks your browser to solve a small computing puzzle before it can send, and we limit how many requests one network can make. The limit counts requests against a keyed, one-way hash of your network address, held only in the server’s memory and never written to disk. A different keyed hash is stored alongside your message. Neither is the address itself. The puzzle uses your browser’s processor for under a second and stores nothing.

Server logs

Our server records each request’s path, status and timing, with a short one-way hash in place of your network address. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure. They are kept in a rolling, size-limited buffer (about 30 MB), so older entries are overwritten automatically.

Your browser’s storage

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice in its own local storage. It never leaves your device, and we can’t read it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it sooner. Write to us through the contact page. We’ll answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
